Honeydew cabins presently consists of a single cabin, located midways on state highway 91, Elizabethton Tennessee, also known as the old Stoney Creek Highway. It is a 1 and 1/2 bath lodge complete with kitchen, living area, and master bedroom located in a second-story loft. It has a back porch which overlooks Stoney Creek.

The cabin was completed in the summer of 2006. This cabin is equiped with many amenities and includes central heat and air, queen-size bed, full-size refrigerator/freezer, large hood-mount microwave, electric range, hot water, coffee maker, a sectional reclining sofa, a 25" television, DVD player, jet tub, and much more. It is owned and operated by Tim and Vicky Brummitt on the old 19th century Earl Williams Homestead.

Many area attractions are just a short drive away, including Bristol Motor Speedway, Roan Mountain (and the Rhododendron gardens), Historic downtown Elizabethton, Bristol, Johnson City, Jonesborough (the oldest city in the state), Erwin, and Kingsport.
